  一、人事檔案及(ji)相(xiang)關資(zi)料


  為了(le)方(fang)便開展人(ren)事(shi)工(gong)作,規范管理(li)人(ren)員情況(kuang),部門根據工(gong)作需(xu)要(yao),在趙總的(de)指導下,建立了(le)相關人(ren)事(shi)表格,包括《招工(gong)登記表》《入職審批表》《人(ren)事(shi)變動(dong)表》《假期申請表》《調資(zi)(zi)表》等,也加(jia)強了(le)各部門與人(ren)力資(zi)(zi)源部之(zhi)間工(gong)作的(de)溝通性。

  20XX年,我酒(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)人事(shi)部,在(zai)(zai)酒(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)正確(que)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)下,堅持“以人為(wei)本”重要思(si)想為(wei)指導(dao)(dao),深入貫徹(che)落實(shi)x總在(zai)(zai)2019年度(du)酒(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)工作(zuo)報告的(de)指示(shi)精神,在(zai)(zai)人事(shi)工作(zuo)日益繁重,酒(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)管理標準大幅(fu)度(du)提高的(de)新形式下,通過(guo)本部門全(quan)體員工的(de)共同(tong)努力,取得了一定的(de)成績。


  (一)深(shen)入學習x總20XX年(nian)度工(gong)作報告精神,不(bu)斷增強貫徹落(luo)實的自覺性(xing)、主動性(xing)。


  x總在20XX年(nian)度代表酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)(dian)所作(zuo)的工作(zuo)報告(gao),全面分析了(le)(le)(le)xx地區乃至(zhi)全省酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)(dian)內(nei)外形勢,科(ke)學總結(jie)了(le)(le)(le)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)(dian)開業四年(nian)來的基(ji)本(ben)經驗,進一步闡明了(le)(le)(le)在人(ren)事管理(li)中,資源開發(fa)、生存(cun)(cun)競爭中“以人(ren)為本(ben)”的根本(ben)要求,提出(chu)“以人(ren)才(cai)治店(dian)(dian),以人(ren)才(cai)求生存(cun)(cun)”的目標,對酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)(dian)人(ren)事工作(zuo)做出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)部署(shu),是我們(men)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)(dian)在新(xin)(xin)世紀、新(xin)(xin)節段人(ren)事工作(zuo)的行動(dong)綱領。


  x總(zong)的(de)(de)報(bao)告(gao)結束后,我(wo)部(bu)配(pei)合(he)總(zong)辦認(ren)真(zhen)組織了(le)各部(bu)門進(jin)行了(le)學習,幫助各部(bu)門及時制定(ding)了(le)學習意見。特別在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)本(ben)部(bu)門采取(qu)了(le)集中學習、個人自學等形式,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)原(yuan)(yuan)原(yuan)(yuan)本(ben)本(ben)學習、初步領會的(de)(de)基礎上,我(wo)部(bu)組織召(zhao)開(kai)了(le)小型(xing)的(de)(de)學習心(xin)得體會交流會,共同展(zhan)望康(kang)總(zong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)報(bao)告(gao)中對人事工(gong)作描繪(hui)的(de)(de)美好遠景。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)學習康(kang)總(zong)XX年度報(bao)告(gao)精神的(de)(de)基礎上,人力(li)資源(yuan)部(bu)全(quan)體同事進(jin)一(yi)步激發了(le)工(gong)作熱情和(he)進(jin)取(qu)精神,為(wei)全(quan)面完成XX年度人事工(gong)作任務提供了(le)強大的(de)(de)精神動力(li),促進(jin)了(le)人力(li)資源(yuan)部(bu)各項工(gong)作全(quan)面健(jian)康(kang)平衡發展(zhan)。


  (二)加強人事政策宣(xuan)傳,使“顧客、員(yuan)工”達(da)到質的統(tong)一


  宣傳工作是(shi)(shi)社(she)會精神(shen)文(wen)明建設的重要組(zu)成部分,而加強酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)員(yuan)工的人(ren)事(shi)政策(ce)(ce)的宣傳,是(shi)(shi)提高管理人(ren)員(yuan)、普通員(yuan)工的競爭意(yi)識,對于酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)“平者讓(rang)、能者上、庸者下(xia)”的用人(ren)機制(zhi)得以(yi)順(shun)利(li)健康的發(fa)展(zhan),具有(you)很強的現實意(yi)義。酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)以(yi)員(yuan)工滿(man)意(yi)、客(ke)人(ren)滿(man)意(yi)、業主滿(man)意(yi)為準則,以(yi)資產經營與資本(ben)經營相結合謀(mou)取回(hui)報(bao)率比,使酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)有(you)更為廣(guang)闊(kuo)的發(fa)展(zhan)前景,這所有(you)的一切均與用人(ren)政策(ce)(ce)有(you)密(mi)不(bu)可分的關系。年前,酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)首先提出一個(ge)口號(hao)“顧客(ke)、員(yuan)工”。


  有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人從(cong)邏輯(ji)上(shang)指出它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)矛(mao)盾性,認為只有(you)一個,而(er)(er)(er)不(bu)可能有(you)兩(liang)個,也許在形式邏輯(ji)中,它違背(bei)了(le)邏輯(ji)法則。兩(liang)個的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)并列,說明(ming)我們酒店(dian)對經營、管理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同視(shi)角(jiao),從(cong)酒店(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)服務對象而(er)(er)(er)言(yan),當(dang)然以(yi)顧(gu)(gu)客的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需求為對象,它是位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),從(cong)管理(li)而(er)(er)(er)言(yan),擺在首位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)則是員(yuan)工。員(yuan)工是酒店(dian)穩以(yi)自下而(er)(er)(er)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)寶貴(gui)財富(fu),只有(you)員(yuan)工,以(yi)“員(yuan)工”才(cai)有(you)可能造就“顧(gu)(gu)客”,員(yuan)工是基(ji)礎,顧(gu)(gu)客是員(yuan)工的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)現,是員(yuan)工造就的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成果。


  在(zai)(zai)這一年(nian)里,我們(men)廣作(zuo)宣(xuan)傳,倡(chang)導“顧客、員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)”的(de)(de)(de)并列存(cun)在(zai)(zai),并采取(qu)了(le)(le)(le)“人(ren)(ren)盡(jin)其本(ben)”的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)原則,充分(fen)(fen)調動員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極性,大(da)限度地激發(fa)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)潛能,一個有能做(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)事,決(jue)不讓兩人(ren)(ren)去完成,充分(fen)(fen)利用(yong)了(le)(le)(le)“寧(ning)缺(que)勿濫”的(de)(de)(de)原則,使酒(jiu)店(dian)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍越來越齊整(zheng),員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)素質有了(le)(le)(le)大(da)幅度的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)高。在(zai)(zai)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)方面,我部(bu)廣開(kai)賢路(lu),征招能人(ren)(ren)志士,以(yi)前(qian)只用(yong)比自己矮的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)這種(zhong)現象,在(zai)(zai)今年(nian)里,這種(zhong)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)方式得到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)徹底的(de)(de)(de)杜(du)絕,在(zai)(zai)人(ren)(ren)與人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)當中,我們(men)建立了(le)(le)(le)良好的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)際工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛(fen)圍(wei),暢通了(le)(le)(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)向管(guan)理(li)層提(ti)供信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)渠道(dao),減輕了(le)(le)(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li)與不快,增加(jia)了(le)(le)(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)參與感(gan)。


  在這一年里,我們(men)合理運用了“后勤、前臺(tai)、顧(gu)客(ke)”這三者之間的(de)關(guan)系(xi),倡導“后勤為(wei)前勤服(fu)(fu)務,女士為(wei)先(xian)生服(fu)(fu)務,先(xian)生為(wei)先(xian)生服(fu)(fu)務”,提高員工(gong)的(de)地位,樹立了員工(gong)在服(fu)(fu)務過程中的(de)自信(xin)心(xin),又倡導“客(ke)人永(yong)遠是對的(de),客(ke)人是朋友,而不是上帝(di),把虛(xu)榮讓給客(ke)人”等,我們(men)通過向(xiang)員工(gong)做(zuo)了上述(shu)的(de)有利宣傳,從(cong)而使“顧(gu)客(ke)、員工(gong)”達到了質的(de)統(tong)一。


  (三)重(zhong)點服務環(huan)節、服務質(zhi)量再提高工程取得新(xin)成效


  為確(que)保(bao)重點服(fu)務環節(jie)(jie)的服(fu)務質量(liang)(liang)達(da)到(dao)酒(jiu)(jiu)店標準(zhun),人力(li)資源部(bu)全面在酒(jiu)(jiu)店實施(shi)了(le)服(fu)務質量(liang)(liang)再提(ti)高工作(zuo),今(jin)年初,特別在季(ji)度末,人力(li)資源部(bu)針(zhen)對酒(jiu)(jiu)店員(yuan)工的服(fu)務質量(liang)(liang)的現實情況(kuang),又走訪了(le)周邊幾(ji)家(jia)大型酒(jiu)(jiu)店,從而(er)確(que)定了(le)“禮節(jie)(jie)禮貌再提(ti)高工程”“食品(pin)衛(wei)生再提(ti)高工程”“工作(zuo)效(xiao)率再提(ti)高工程”,這三(san)大工程在酒(jiu)(jiu)店領(ling)導重視、全體員(yuan)工積極參與下,取得了(le)較好的成效(xiao)。


  禮(li)節(jie)禮(li)貌是酒店(dian)(dian)服(fu)務質量的(de)(de)核心,一家酒店(dian)(dian)缺乏(fa)先(xian)進完善的(de)(de)設(she)(she)備(bei),固然(ran)不能(neng)(neng)成為一流(liu)的(de)(de)酒店(dian)(dian),但如果有現代的(de)(de)設(she)(she)備(bei)而(er)不能(neng)(neng)提供優(you)質服(fu)務,那富麗(li)堂皇、齊全配(pei)套的(de)(de)設(she)(she)施也只能(neng)(neng)是如同虛設(she)(she),在設(she)(she)備(bei)條件相同情況下(xia),服(fu)務就(jiu)成了酒店(dian)(dian)競爭(zheng)致勝的(de)(de)決定性(xing)因素,而(er)酒店(dian)(dian)要提高服(fu)務質量,就(jiu)不能(neng)(neng)不講究禮(li)節(jie)禮(li)貌。
