學院簡介About the College
蘇州百年職業學院是蘇州科技大學與加拿大百年理工學院經江蘇省人民政府批準、教育部備案而創立的，全國的具有獨立法人資格的中外合作辦學高職院校。根據學院發展規劃，計劃在五年內引進150名左右的專(zhuan)任教師，為把學院辦成中(zhong)外合作培養水平達到國內(nei)一流的高職(zhi)院校提供人才支撐。
Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and it was registered with China’s Ministry of Education according to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. The College is to introduce 150 faculties worldwide in the following 5 years with the purpose of providing powerful human resources support for the College to reach the goal of being one of the top international colleges in higher vocational education in China.
一、教師要求與條件Requirements for Teaching Staff
（一）基本要求Basic Requirements
1、遵紀守(shou)法，品行端正，為人(ren)師(shi)表；
Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;
2、具備(bei)履行(xing)崗(gang)位(wei)職責應有的(de)基(ji)本知識、技能及(ji)素質；
Possess professional skills and quality;
3、身體符合崗位(wei)要(yao)求；
With good physical conditions;
4、能熟(shu)練使用英(ying)語授課；
Ability to teach in English proficiently;
5、能夠全職履職 。
Be able to take up full time job.
（二）資歷條件Qualification Requirements
1、取得(de)海內外知名高校碩士及以上(shang)學位。
Have Master’s degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas.
2、原則上年齡在45周歲以內。
3、具有(you)扎實的專業知(zhi)識基礎和學(xue)術積累，或有(you)豐(feng)富的行業企業從(cong)業經(jing)驗。
Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field.
4、具備以下條件之一，優(you)先考慮：
Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:
（1）具有較強的(de)教學(xue)組織(zhi)能力和(he)學(xue)術研究能力，有一定研究成果(guo)；
Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;
（2）具有中(zhong)級以上技術職(zhi)務(wu)或相關(guan)職(zhi)業資格。
Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above.
（3）在行業領域內有(you)較(jiao)高(gao)知名度，在產學研(yan)結(jie)合(he)、人(ren)才培養等(deng)方(fang)面具有(you)較(jiao)豐富的經驗。
With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.
（4）有(you)海外教(jiao)育背景或相關工作經驗。
Have overseas education or work background.
二、教師的基本職責Basic Job Responsibilities
1、課程教(jiao)(jiao)學：承擔學校開設課程的教(jiao)(jiao)學任務，力(li)求(qiu)獲(huo)得良好的教(jiao)(jiao)學效果。
Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials, assess students’ coursework, set and mark examinations.
2、教書育人(ren)：承擔(dan)對學生的思想(xiang)、品德和作風(feng)教育責任，言(yan)傳(chuan)身教，為人(ren)師(shi)表(biao)，
Undertake ideological and moral education to students, and be a paragon of virtue and learning.
3、實(shi)(shi)踐教學：承擔實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)課、實(shi)(shi)訓課的(de)指(zhi)導，學生下(xia)企業的(de)實(shi)(shi)習指(zhi)導和管(guan)理。
Supervise students’ research activities.
4、教(jiao)學建設：參與課程(cheng)開發、教(jiao)材建設等工作(zuo)。
Responsible for the development of related subjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials.
5、教學(xue)(xue)與學(xue)(xue)術研究(jiu)：參與教學(xue)(xue)研究(jiu)，以及本專業學(xue)(xue)術研究(jiu)。
Undertake research projects and actively contribute to the institution’s research profile, write up research and prepare it for publication.
6、企業(ye)與社會(hui)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)：參與校企合作、企業(ye)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)活動，提高專業(ye)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)能力。
Establish collaborative links outside the college with industrial, commercials and public organizations.

四、引進待遇Compensation
