As one of the most important business elements, MBG Global Services is taking the responsibility to provide lifecycle service support to all Lenovo mobile product users. Although this business started late compared with PC service, it developed very fast, especially after the purchase of Moto in 2014. By leveraging dual brands’ advantage, an industry-leading cost efficient global service delivery platform is built within only 2 years. Today, MBG services owns a global Contact Center network with 4 sites, more than 1000 agents; 1880 physical service centers covering 108 countries; matured multi-tiered spare parts supply structure capable of supporting repair demand across the world. And more, new technology, such as AI (artificial intelligence), big data, machine learning, are also introduced in digital service process, the team is aiming to create an epoch-making service benchmark.
